We set out below how user information and privacy are handled in the iPhone app "EmoCame" (the "App").
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
The App has no server of its own. Photos you take, filters you create, and all settings are processed and stored entirely on your iPhone. We have no way to view or obtain any of them.
The App uses the camera to take photos, to show a live preview of filters, and to scan QR codes for filter sharing.
The App accesses your photo library for the following purposes:
Photos that are read are processed only on your device and are never transmitted or uploaded.
If you use iCloud Photos, a photo may be downloaded from Apple's iCloud when it is loaded. This is a feature provided by Apple; it does not mean that we receive your photos.
The App stores the following data only on your device:
None of this is transmitted anywhere. Deleting the App removes this data from your device.
All payments for the App's in-app purchase ("EmoCame Pro") are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information such as credit card numbers, names, and addresses is handled by Apple; we never obtain or store any of it.
The App receives from Apple only whether a purchase has been completed, and stores that status on your device.
The App lets you share filters you create with others via a QR code or a code string.
The App does not use or perform any of the following:
The App does not collect location data.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from users of any age.
All data stored on your device is removed by deleting the App from your iPhone's Home Screen. Photos already saved to your photo library can be deleted individually from the Photos app.
This policy may be updated in response to changes in applicable law or to new features in the App. If a significant change is made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown on this page.
